Refund Policy

*ALL SALES ARE FINAL* There are no refunds due to the nature of the business. Exceptions include if you receive the wrong order. Regarding refunds, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

Exchanges will be provided to items that are not altered or used in any way . Must be less than 8 business days after your purchase. 

Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. You will receive a confirmation email after your order is processed. For orders that have been place after 3 pm, it will begin processing the following business day. Shipping will take 2-4 business days if product is in stock. Shipping will take 5-8 business days if product is not in stock. Excluding weekends and holidays .

Please keep in mind ALL orders have the same processing time. The only difference would be with the shipping method. 

Regarding pickups, if the item is in stock then it will be available for pickup within a few hours. If it is not in stock then it will take 4-7 business days for your item to available for pickup. Before purchasing you may contact us to be informed if the item is in stock or not.


Highly recommended to place your order far in advance to be able to be prepared for unanticipated delays.

If a product ordered is not available, you'll be contacted immediately to discuss if you would like a substitution. If not, we will issue you a refund.

Shipping and billing address must match, if not your order will be canceled!
